August 2023 New Graduate Housing
Dear Graduate Students,
The new graduate and family housing is opening in August 2023 and applications are open!
The Cottonwood Apartments are available for students with a spouse/domestic partner, with or without children, and for single parents.
The Spruce Apartments are available for single graduate students.
Flexible lease options, the comfortable, modern, and clean environment within close proximity to classrooms, labs, and transportation. Utilities, high-speed internet, cable television, laundry, study space, playgrounds, and reservable community space will be included in the monthly rent.
