Utah Society of Health-System Pharmacists CV Review Workshop

Tuesday, April 18th from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.

Registration is now open for the 11th Annual Curriculum Vitae (CV) review night sponsored by the Utah Society of Health System Pharmacists. Registration is available only to USHP members and is FREE. USHP membership is $10 for student pharmacists. Unsure if your USHP membership is current? Go to www.ushp.org and log into your account to check membership status.

Once registered email your completed CV in Microsoft Word format to cv@ushp.org by Friday, April 7, 2023, 12 p.m. Mountain Time. To participate in the event, registrants must submit their CV by the date listed above. USHP volunteers will review your CV prior to the event and will provide feedback on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, from 6:30-8:00 p.m. at the Intermountain Medical Center (5121 S. Cottonwood, Murray) Doty East Auditorium.
