Smith’s Community Pharmacy Residency Program

The Smith’s Community Pharmacy Residency Program located in Salt Lake City, Utah is still looking for their next resident and will be participating in Phase II of The Match. We will be accepting applications via PhORCAS beginning Monday, March 18th. If you have a love for community practice and desire for growing professionally with patient care, teaching, advocacy and leadership opportunities, we encourage you to apply.

Application Requirements:

Submit the following items via PhORCAS by Wednesday, March 27th:

• Personal Statement/Letter of Intent

• Curriculum vitae

• Official transcript

• Three (3) letters of recommendation

Timeline of events:

Monday, March 18th: Submit Phase II Applications: Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, applicants who did not obtain a position in Phase I of the Match or who did not participate in Phase I of the Match can submit applications using PhORCAS to programs participating in Phase II of the Match.

Wednesday, March 27th: Smith’s Application Deadline: Invitations to Interview will be sent to qualified applicants.

Friday, March 29st: Virtual Interview Day for Smith’s Community Pharmacy Residency Program by invite only.

Wednesday, April 3rd: Phase II Rank Order List Deadline: Applicant and program Rank Order Lists for Phase II of the Match must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.

Wednesday, April 10th: Phase II Match Results Day: Results of Phase II of the Match are released to applicants and Program Directors.
