PharmD Project – Survey Participation Needed

Hello College of Pharmacy Students,

My name is Jesse Anderson, I am a P4 student at the College of Pharmacy. I am currently working on a PharmD project with Dr. Babin and we are attempting to determine the best ways for the college to help students with their mental health. We are conducting this research through a survey that I have attached to this email. This project will assess students’ opinions of current and potential resources available to them through the college. The results from this survey will hopefully give the college insight into what the students want and need to improve their mental health. The survey is completely voluntary and anonymous and should only take about 10-15 minutes to complete. The survey will be available until January 31st to allow ample time for completion. You can complete the survey on a smart phone or computer.
