Legislative Day is coming up Feb. 12th from 11:00am-2:00pm.

One of the experiences by which we connect with the individuals at the Capitol building is through offering health screenings. We are hoping to involve students in measuring blood pressure, running point of care blood glucose and cholesterol tests, screening immunization eligibilities in USIIS, and providing screening for asthma using pulmonary function tests. We are looking to have 2 students per hour for each screening. A sign-up genius for this is linked below. At this time, we are allowing students to sign up for one time slot only to keep the opportunity open for many students to participate.

Along with these screenings, we are hosting a screening training event on Tuesday, Jan 21st from 5:30pm-6:30pm in the Skaggs Auditoirum. Roseman is also hosting a screening training and information session on their South Jordan campus on 1/22/25 from 3-4pm. Verification of training completion will be performed prior to 2/12/25.
Note: you must attend a training event to learn the equipment and techniques used for these screenings prior to participating at the legislative day event!
