Latinx Envisioning Session

We wanted to share an upcoming event with you all. At the University of Utah, a Latinx Envisioning Session will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, from 5 PM-7 PM at Union 323. The goal of this meeting is to gather Latinx students, faculty, staff, and community members to analyze, reflect, and discuss the following:

1. Current supports and resources that are presently working to support the success of the Latinx community here at the University of Utah.

2. Envision what future support, resources, and spaces would be needed to be the best support to U of U Latinx students, faculty, staff, and community.

During the meeting, the group will participate in a S-W-O-T analysis activity and discussion. The information, perspectives, and opinions shared will be used to guide the university forward. Dr. Dan Cairo, Associate Vice President for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, will be in attendance as well.

Best,

Cierra
