• Everyone needs a ticket for this event, including you, your guests, even children and babies in arms. Kingsbury is very strict about this. Tickets will not be replaced, and they must be picked up in the Dean’s Office and signed out. You can ask anyone in the Dean’s Office and they can help you sign out the number of tickets you need. The good news is that there is no limit to the number of people who can attend. Tickets will be available for sign out starting Monday, April 10th, 2023.

• If you bring a stroller, there will be a tent provided to ‘park’ your stroller under just outside the front door stairs. Strollers are not allowed inside Kingsbury Hall as they are a fire code violation.

 Faculty, if you plan to attend and wish to sit on the stage, there is plenty of room. To sit on the stage, you must be in regalia. Please let me know if you plan to do so and I will arrange seating. If you plan to attend and do not wish to sit on the stage, feel free to let me know so that I can arrange seating for you in the audience.

Staff, there will be a section for you to sit in all together. Please let me know if you wish to attend in addition to those that will be helping.
