Who: All Health Science Students invited
What: Opportunity to discuss current trends in long-term services and supports and issues facing the aging population. Staff lead case-based discussions on coordinating a team of health care professionals for residents with multiple chronic conditions, and on aligning the Age-Friendly Health Systems 4Ms framework. Registration for Credit NOT required: Can participate as desired
Need/Prefer Credit (0.5): Register for NURS 5285/6285 or PHARM 6840
Where: Live Distance Learning via Zoom (registration is not required to participate)
