Intern Position at Riverton Hospital
We are hiring at Intermountain Riverton Hospital! We are looking for a part-time (12 hours/wk) and a PRN Intern. It is a great place to be a learner! You will work with 8 different pharmacists who all have lots of experience in different practice areas. As an intern, you will primarily be responsible for collecting medication histories for patients being admitted and doing discharge teachings on anticoagulation, diabetes, polypharmacy, and narcotics. Riverton has a pediatric floor, med surge floor with an ICU and a labor and delivery floor. You will also be able to assist the technicians in sterile and non-sterile compounding, filling prescriptions and restocking medication rooms on the floors.
