Intermountain Homecare and Hospice

We currently have 4 intern positions open and are looking to hire current and incoming P1s. We are a closed-door pharmacy located in South Jordan, UT that focuses on providing exceptional patient care to patients in their homes, specifically with their IV therapy. Interns play a significant and unique role in the workflow between performing clinical evaluation of orders including lab interpretations, assisting with vancomycin dosing with our collaborative practice agreement, counseling patients over the phone, and assisting with sterile compounding including antibiotics, hydration, chemotherapy, TPN, specialty medications, and much more! We also are developing an exciting new area of healthcare with Hospital at Home.
