HIV PrEP Clinic @ SLC Pride June 3rd and June 4th
Hey y’all!!!!
Want to have fun at Pride, but also help the PrEP clinic? Come volunteer for a shift at our booth! Volunteers will be signed-up for a 3-4 hr shift, but your wristband gets you access to the festival for the whole day. Volunteers are expected to answer questions regarding PrEP, STI’s, and sexual health in general, hand-out educational materials, condoms, lube, and PrEP branded swag, help folks navigate our website to get scheduled in clinic or find a PrEP provider in their insurance network, and have some fun!
We will have a tent with chairs and a cooler with some cold drinks and snacks, but please come prepared for some warm weather and any sun protection you might need. Dress-code is GAY, meaning no need for business casual clothes, wear whatever you want (the more rainbows, the better), just please keep in mind we are representing the Clinic and the U as a whole so nothing you wouldn’t want a provider seeing you in.
