CVS Health Spanish Immersion Summer Internship Virtual Session

Spanish Immersion Summer Internship Overview

The CVS Spanish Immersion Summer Internship gives student pharmacists the opportunity to serve a growing population while learning important Spanish medical terminology and developing cultural competency. Spanish Immersion Interns are placed in a CVS Pharmacy location with a high number of Spanish speaking patients. Throughout the summer, interns enhance their Spanish language skills, dive deeper into the disease states that adversely affect Hispanic populations and participate in meaningful assignments and projects to learn what it takes to be a successful Spanish-speaking pharmacist.
