CALL FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FOR REGIONAL CONFERENCE HOSTED AT THE UNIVERSITY OF UTAH!!!!!!

Every year, the Mountain West Chapter of the Society of Toxicology (Arizona, Colorado, Utah, Southern Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, and Wyoming) hosts a regional meeting in September. The host site rotates among the member states. This year I was tasked to organize the meeting at the University of Utah. Dates for the conference will be September 19-21 (for more information a flyer is attached). The program has not been developed yet (selections will be based on abstract submission – sessions will focus on neuro, cancer, cardiopulmonary) and we will have the registration webpage ready by the end of the month. It would be a great opportunity to have a good turnout from the U!

Registration information is coming soon, but I wanted to share the info related to price breakdown (which includes catered food for the opening reception on Thursday 19th + breakfast, lunch and snacks for the other two days of the conference).

SOT Member Registration – $200
On-Site – $250
Nonmember Registration – $250
On-Site – $300
Trainee Chapter Member Registration – $150
Trainee Nonmember Registration – $200
Undergraduate – $25 (current PharmD students can register as undergrads. Please contact Dr. Venosa for details)
 

The link in the flyer will allow you to submit your abstracts. To be eligible for selection to give a talk, abstracts have to be submitted by August 23rd.
