APhA and the School of Nursing Clinic Volunteer Opportunities

The APhA University of Utah chapter is partnering with the School of Nursing to volunteer at several clinics this fall to administer vaccines. This is a fantastic chance to engage in a collaborative, interprofessional environment alongside PharmD and NP students. It will also enhance your resume and CV.

Clinic Dates:

1. Employee Appreciation Day Flu Clinic 09/19/2024: 9:00am to 11:30 am

2. College of Pharmacy Flu Clinic 09/25/2024: 2:00pm to 4:00pm

3. Huntsman Cancer Institute Research Flu Clinic 10/02/2024: 9:00am to 12:00pm

4. School of Business Flu Clinic 10/03/2024: 11:00am to 1:00pm

Sign-Up Instructions:

Please sign up on the co-curricular website. When signing up, include your phone number, UID, and email address (in the volunteer comment section) so I can add you to the nursing school signup sheet.

Requirements:

• Must be a certified to administer vaccines

• CPR certification is required
